Cookie policy

In line with article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI-CE), this section explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) this website uses. A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device to remember information.

Strictly necessary (no consent required):

• bz-consent — the browser's local storage, first-party. It stores your cookie choice and the date you made it. It lasts 13 months; after that we ask you again.
• Tema claro/oscuro (theme) — stores in your browser local storage whether you prefer the light or the dark theme. It never leaves your device.
• Comparador de propiedades — stores in your browser local storage the list of properties you add to “compare”, so it is still there when you change page. It never leaves your device.
• Fotos de los inmuebles — some photos load directly from the portals the listings come from (idealista.com, habihub.com, medianewbuild.com). They set no cookies, but they receive your IP address when the image is requested.

Third-party (only loaded if you accept them):

• Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) — interactive map of the location. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receives your IP address. If you decline, you will see a link to open the location in Google Maps instead. More information.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) — aggregate visit statistics (page views, country, device type). It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, but it reads technical data from it to measure the visit, which is why it only runs if you accept it. More information.

How to give or withdraw consent: when you arrive we show a notice with three buttons of the same size: “Accept”, “Reject” and “Settings” (to choose service by service). Continuing to browse does not count as accepting: until you accept, none of the third-party services listed above loads. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or here: Cookie settings . Withdrawing consent does not delete cookies a third party has already set; to do that, delete them in your browser settings.
