1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. There is also “local storage” (localStorage), with a similar technical function.
2. Cookies this site uses
This site does NOT use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It works without non-essential cookies and does not track your browsing.
It may only use technical local storage in your browser to remember your preferences — the light/dark theme and the list of properties you add to “compare”. That information stays on your device, does not identify you and is not shared with anyone.
3. Third-party services on demand
The Google Maps map does not load automatically: it only activates when you tap “Load the map”. At that point, Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. Likewise, tapping the WhatsApp button opens a Meta service subject to its terms.
4. How to manage cookies
You can configure or delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Clearing local storage will reset your theme preference and comparison list.
5. Changes
If we add analytics or third-party cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where applicable, request your prior consent.
