2. What data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, contact details (phone and/or email), your message and your search preferences (area, budget, property type).
We do not collect special categories of data. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
3. Purpose & legal basis
We use your data to handle your enquiry, manage the commercial relationship and send you properties matching your search. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. If no relationship arises, we delete it once it is no longer needed for your enquiry.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. Service providers (e.g. email or hosting) may access it as data processors, under contract. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that communication takes place through Meta Platforms under its own policies.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@i-homes.es, proving your identity.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
